Bitter:Sweet

Food is a commodity, a commodity that can be used against us. In a consumer’s world we are persuaded to buy food products. Food products that are scientifically enhanced, altered, or engineered entirely. This persuasion generates a controversy of choices based on flavor, color, price, and overall appearance. We have been deceived of the quality and value of readily available produce and habituated to believe it, the raw truth seems to be nonexistent. This reflects a conditioned society and the worth of health itself.
